Smart and Skilled is a reform of the NSW Vocational Education and Training system and was designed to support education and training for individuals in NSW and make it accessible to everyone. Under Smart and Skilled the NSW Government contributes to the cost of each course with the eligible student paying the balance.

The Grove Studios Academy is able to provide subsidised course funding through Smart and Skilled to eligible students for the following courses:
CUA50820: Diploma of Music (Sound Production)
CUA60520: Advanced Diploma of Music Industry (Sound Production)

To be eligible for Smart and Skilled funding you must be:
• 15 years old or over, and
• no longer at school, and
• living or working in NSW (or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person living in specific NSW border areas), and
• an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen;
• or are a NSW apprentice or trainee
